Asian American Reformed Center (AARC), in partnership with Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) in Washington, DC, is committed to preparing the next generation of Asian American pastors and ministry leaders to lead in a way that is theologically faithful to the reformed confessional standards; culturally meaningful to the Asian American experience; and socially relevant to the issues facing our time. Through programming focused on theological formation, cultural competency, and social engagement, we aim to equip leaders who will serve both the Church and community. Our goal is to collaborate with like-minded local churches and serve as a catalyst for a movement of the next generation of Asian American pastors and ministry leaders.

MINISTRY AND MISSIONS

2026 ETHNOS CONFERENCE

Ethnos is a winter conference designed for Asian American college and recent college graduates. Over the course of the weekend, attendees will participate in worship, biblical teaching and fellowship. The goals for Ethnos are two-fold: To provide a conference that addresses the unique Asian American Christian identity and story, and to present a compelling vision of God’s Kingdom, encouraging them to live for something better than what the world offers. Ethnos seeks to inspire, equip and challenge the next generation of Asian American Christians to embrace their Kingdom-centered calling.

The AARC Fellows Program is a 9-month, cohort-based learning and formation for Asian American Christians who desire to deepen their theological understanding and practice. Through guided readings, rich discussion, and teaching from Dr. Mike Park, Fellows will engage theology, culture, spiritual formation, and the lived practices of the local church.

The program will run from September 2026 through May 2027 and is designed for college students and young professionals. Participation includes a blend of in-person and online sessions, allowing flexible ways to learn and connect. The cost to participate is $50, and enrollment is limited to 20 participants to ensure a meaningful and effective cohort.
